No warehouse to sell you No generic rate-card advice Built for founder decisions

The problem

Most brands know fulfillment feels expensive. Fewer know exactly why.

3PL invoices are hard to read

Storage, pick/pack, shipping, packaging, special fees, and monthly minimums can make the real cost per order hard to see.

Growth hides operational risk

More orders can make the business look healthy while warehouse space, service reliability, and SKU complexity quietly get worse.

Switching providers is risky

A cheaper 3PL is not automatically better. Brands need a benchmark, not a guess, before making a fulfillment decision.

The service

A Fulfillment Diagnostic Report built for decisions.

WiseShip reviews the information a brand already has, identifies what matters, and turns it into a professional report that explains the current fulfillment picture in plain business language.

The goal is not to overwhelm you with logistics jargon. The goal is to help you understand whether your current setup is reasonable, overpriced, risky, or worth benchmarking against alternatives.

01

Cost analysis

True fulfillment cost per order, annualized spend, and category-level cost drivers.

02

You get a report that explains what is working, what is not, and what to do next.

Who it helps

FAQ

Common questions

Is WiseShip a 3PL?

No. WiseShip is an independent advisory service. We do not store inventory, operate warehouses, or sell fulfillment contracts.

Do I need perfect data?

No. Estimates are useful, and a recent 3PL invoice is helpful if you have one. The report will flag where numbers need confirmation.

Will you tell me to switch 3PLs?

Only if the analysis supports evaluating alternatives. Sometimes the better answer is to renegotiate, improve reporting, change packaging, or fix specific cost drivers.

What do I receive?

A professional diagnostic report summarizing fulfillment costs, operational risks, 3PL fit, and recommended next steps.
